Payments

All prices are in AU dollars.

Shipping , packing and some insurance is included in the artwork price.

I use Auspost for items up to 1 meter. Larger items I use a freight transport company.

Outlook8studio accepts Paypal.Its easy to set-up a Paypal account- and its free!

Direct bank deposit for Australian customers only. Please contact the artist directly at info@outlook8studio.com for bank details.

Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. Payment for purchase is required within 24 hours unless, other arrangments have been made with artist.

Packaging & Shipping Costs:
All artworks will be packed professionally for international shipping.  The packaging and shipping costs are paid by the purchaser. Unless otherwise stated, these costs are included in the advertised price. All customs and tax costs to your country are paid by the purchaser.

Customs Policy

Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

If you are unsure of your country’s import policies, please check with them before ordering. The artist will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office.

You may also be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your purchase cost and must be paid directly by you. The artist will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office.

Delivery:
Depending on country delivery will be within 7-28 days of payment clearance. Please email me to let me know you received the artwork or if i need to chase it up for you.

Returns:

Returns will be determined from case to case.

I will accept a returned artwork based on the item becoming damaged when you receive it (please include photos of damage in email) or if the work is clearly not the same piece as represented on my site.

Please email me at info@outlook8studio.com within 3 days of receiving to discuss the possibility of a return and your reason with full details and pictures.

The purchaser then has the right of returning the artwork and having the purchase price (less return packaging,insurance costs, handling and delivery costs) refunded when artwork is returned in an undamaged condition.

Purchaser pays for all return shipping and insurance.

Commissions:

I do accept commission orders. If you are interested in an artwork but do not see exactly what you are looking for, email me with your ideas. Commission orders require a 50% deposit with the remainder being due upon completion.

Depends on your computer, the colour of the artwork maybe slightly different from the actual artwork
